When it's better to build!

Successful investing often means setting a new standard by letting go of old ideas.

Take a deeper dive with local professionals at our final Investor workshop exploring the advantages of starting out fresh. Your host, Susan Templeton/Niche Mortgages, will explore how to fund and manage your new home building project in line with your personal investment vision.

Featuring a local architect who will bust a few myths about how difficult architects are and share some down to earth design philosophies on the value of good design. Backed up by an award-winning residential master builder on taking charge of your project. You'll pick up some great ideas, whether it's your first or your last foray into building a new home.

We welcome your toughest questions. Our workshops are casual, no pressure, with solid information with time to network afterward. Bring your family and support team!

Refreshments will be served at 6:45 pm for 7 pm start. FREE, informative and fun.
